Session 1 – 12th October 2021

15 people joined the first session held in the Church of St Barnabas. As well as answering questions about the plans, the Cundy Street team worked with the group to identify the topics they would like to focus on and input to. It was important to people that we ‘get the basics right’ and keep immediate neighbours informed with activity on site, particularly as demolition begins next year. They also asked for feedback on what the group should be called.

Session 2 – 17th October 2022

7 people joined the Grosvenor team for the third session held in 25 Eccleston Place. As well as answering questions around updates to the timings of the Cundy Street Quarter delivery, the Cundy Street team worked with the group to identify the topics they would like to focus on and input to, as outlined in the Liaison Group’s draft Terms of Reference. It was important to people that we keep immediate neighbours informed with activity on site through a number of different channels, particularly when demolition begins. The Cundy Street team also explained the mitigation strategies in place during demolition and construction to reduce impact on neighbours. They also took attendees through the Communications and Engagement Plan including Grosvenor’s Social Impact Strategy ‘People Positive.’
