We’re pleased to let you know that Lodha have acquired the first phase of the Cundy Street Quarter, which includes; Building A (on the corner of Ebury St and Cundy St) and the affordable housing building (Building C on Ebury St). Please see a plan below.
Lodha’s track record of delivering high-quality housing make them ideal to take the first phase of the project forward. They have successfully completed three residential developments in Westminster to date, including an affordable housing scheme in Marylebone. As the new owners of Phase 1, Lodha will continue discussions about the potential for WCC to be the housing provider of Building C and will confirm the outcome in due course.
Grosvenor retains the ownership of the freehold of the full site as well as of phase 2, which will be built out once the affordable housing has been completed. As such, Grosvenor remains committed to the long-term success of the project and area.
